About Scale Dreams
Scale Dreams was founded in 1996 By Dave Beam. Dave was forced to shut down Scale Dreams in December of 2007 due to work conflicts. I could not stand to see such a great aftermarket source close down so I purchased Scale Dreams. I reopened it in Feb. of 2008. since reopening we have been hard at work to keep up the great name Dave started. Check back here often we are adding new shows all the time.. Also if you want to prepay for an order with paypal we can do that for you as well.. Thanks CHANGE IN SHIPPING Due to recent problems with shipping worldwide we will only ship priority overseas. I have set up shipping to reflect this. When placing your order click on worldwide priority. Worldwide shipping is set up for detail parts only. Most orders will ship for under 15.00usd. However if you order a kit or large items that do not fit into a flat rate envelope shipping will be more then the site shows. If the site charges more then shipping is I always refund the difference. I will no longer ship first class international overseas. Paint can only be shipped within in the USA. Shipping to Canada will not change, first class and priority are still options. If you have any questions please email us Sales@scaledreams.com Alot of you have noticed too that if shipping is less then you are charged you do get a refund. I try to be a fair as possible with shipping. I do however have some expenses in shipping so some overage is kept. News: When Paying with paypal please be sure to go completely through the checkout process.. Once you are done with the check out you will get an confirmation email from us. That email does not mean payment has went through. If you have an questions about payment you can check your paypal account to see if it went through or email us directly. Sales@ScaleDreams.com 3/15/09: We have added more Ross Gibson engines to the website. We do stock a good number of the kits However some of them we do not. If you need an engine asap email us to ask if its in stock. If you order one not in stock we will email you to let you know of the delay. We are working on getting the complete line its just slow going as there is so many different engines. 3/24/09: We finished adding the rest of the Ross Gibson engines to the site. We also added a few more MAS products. Mas is back in full swing and we will be adding more of the great products. 3/26/09: We just added a few great products. Scale Air bags and some very nice printed radio faces. Check out both products in the ScaleDreams section. The picture do not do the Radio faces justice. They are very high quality and will look great in any build. 6/23/09: We added a new engine from Ross Gibson. Pontiac SD-455 Super Duty. This is the biggest engine from the division that started the greatest years in American automotive history, the Muscle Car era. Pontiac products represented the height of the era with drag racers and muscle car enthusiasts, enjoying fame and creating a legend in movies and popular culture. This engine kit contains all new master parts from the ground up, with all detailing materials included in the kit; spark plug wires, steel fuel lines, rubber vacuum hoses, flexible drive belts and a 4-speed transmission to replicate the engine at the heart of the factory horsepower wars. Includes shaker hood scoop for TransAm and factory air cleaner for the hobbyist who wants to build an HO-455 for a Grand Prix or GTO. This series of engine kits contains detailed instructions to build the engine with accurate firing order, fuel line routing and vacuum hose placement. 8/15/09. We have added a few new products from Scale Repros Plus. A new aluminum intake tube/filter and a new tuner style muffler. we also added a few more Machined Aluminum Specialties products including there super nice cogged belts and dual remote oil filter system.
